STEPHANIE NEHRING, WOMEN’S HOCKEY
Stephanie Nehring, a first-year from Oshawa, Ont. helped lead her CIS No. 6 ranked Gryphon team to a pair of victories over Western and Windsor this past weekend.  The 5-foot-11 goalie stopped 16-of-18 shots on Saturday against Western in a 5-2 win.  The next day she recorded her first career shutout against Windsor stopping all 17 shots for a 4-0 victory. These two wins moves Nehrings record to an impressive 11-0 on the season, tied for first in the OUA and she also sits second in GAA at 1.65.  The Gryphons will look to continue their winning ways this weekend on the road facing UOIT and Queens.
