Third-year Aaron Hendrikx (Parkhill, Ont.) was crowned the men’s cross country champion at the 2013 CIS Championships Saturday in London. He captured the CIS men’s individual title as well as MVP honours with a time of 30:49.3, his performance stands as the second best in the Thames Valley’s 25-year history. The third-year Environmental Governance student was also named a first team All-Canadian and helped lead his team to their eighth straight national team title.
