GUELPH, Ont. – On Tuesday, July 14, 2026, Ontario University Athletics (OUA) released the 2026 schedule for field hockey. The Guelph Gryphons field hockey team will officially get their 2026 campaign underway on Saturday, September 12, 2026 when they host the McMaster Marauders in their 2026 OUA regular season opener.
 
The 2026 university field hockey season will move to a 12-game regular season schedule (previously was 10 games), with regular season play wrapping up on October 18. The 2026 OUA field hockey final four will take place October 24-25, with the Gryphons entering the 2026 season in pursuit of a sixth conference title in program history.
