The Guelph Gryphon Men's Rugby team dropped their final game of the regular season tonight 13-0 to the Queens Gaels at Varsity Field in Guelph. The Gryphons close out the regular season with a 7-1 record, while the Gaels move to 7-1.
The Gryphons were held scoreless by the Gaels tonight who earned most of their points from Liam Underwood scoring a try, penalty goal and drop goal. George Gleeson was the only other scorer on the scoresheet with a try.
The Gryphons will now advance to the playoffs. Playoff opponents and details are yet to be determined. Stay tuned to gryphons.ca for all playoff information.
