JUSTIN WILSON KIRBY, MEN’S LACROSSE

Justin Wilson-Kirby, a third year Sociology student from Oakville, Ont., led all scorers with four goals in Guelph's 10-6 win over Western on Sunday. He also was credited for five ground balls. Difficult to defend one on one, Wilson-Kirby was defended by one of the top defenders in the league, but still managed to set the tempo for Guelph's offense. His veteran leadership played a significant role in the team's win. The Gryphons host their home opener this weekend against Laurentian on Friday, September 17 at 9:00 p.m.
