Ross Proudfoot, Cross Country
Ross Proudfoot of Lively, Ont. led his Gryphon team to a podium sweep and their eighth consecutive OUA team title at this past weekend’s OUA Championships in Toronto.  The third year defeated last year’s CIS champion and teammate to win the all-round men’s individual title by 16 seconds and was named a first team all-star and the men’s individual MVP.
