Rachel Cliff, Cross Country

Rachel Cliff of Vancouver, B.C. finished second at the 2010 CIS Cross Country Championships, finishing the 5-kilometre race with a time of 17:50.0 at the Club de golf de Sherbrooke on Saturday. She becomes the first ever five time All-Canadian in Cross Country and the first athlete to win five CIS team championships in a career after leading Gryphons to a sixth consecutive team title
