Kelsey Gsell, a fourth year wrestler from Saskatoon, SK earned an OUA gold at the 2014 OUA Championships this past weekend hosted by York. She won the title in the women’s 82 kilogram weight class, propelling her team to a bronze medal finish. En route to the title she went undefeated in pool play with not a single point scored against defeating Grace Bannerman from Toronto in the finals. She was named an OUA all-star. 
 
The Gryphons will now look to continue their charge toward another podium spot at the CIS Championships, hosted by University of New Brunswick fromFebruary 28-March 1.
