Brienne Stairs, Field Hockey

Fourth-year Brienne Stairs of Kitchener, Ontario led the Guelph Gryphon women’s field hockey team to a CIS bronze medal this past weekend. The CIS player of the year scored a natural hat-trick in the bronze medal game, as the Gryphons defeated the Victoria Vikes 3-0 for the bronze medal. For her performance in the championships she was named to the Tournament 11.
