The 2020-21 season marks Andrew's fourth season as an assistant coach with the Gryphons. DeGroot brings 20 years of coaching and scouting experience to the U of G staff, including a successful tenure in the OJHL where he served as head coach of the Waterloo Siskins for three seasons, leading them to a Cherrey Cup championship in 2014.
