CAREER

 2013: Played in 8 games for the Gryphons… Made 10 of 16 field goal attempts, with his longest being for 47 yards… Ferraro punted 68 times for a total of 2398 yards with a long of 52… Scored a last minute field goal in week 2 against the Windsor Lancers that put Guelph ahead 24-23 in the final seconds for the win.

Playoffs: In the Quarter Final win against the Windsor Lancers Ferraro made two field goals with a long of 22 yards, punted nine times for a total of 340 yards, and totaled 106 yards on three kickoffs. In the Semi Final loss against the Gaels, Ferraro punted 10 times for a total of 273 yards and a long of 42 yards. Ferraro successfully made 1 of 2 field goals with a long of 23 yards.

AWARDS: Week 2 & 10 Gryphon Special Teams Player of the Week, Week 2 &10 OUA Special Teams Player of the Week, Week 2 CIS Special Teams Player of the Week

 

2012: Suited up in seven games for the Gryphons… made 6 of 10 field goal attempts, with his longest for 38 yards…punted 64 times for 2,304 yards with a long of 62.

Playoffs: Started in the overtime 42-39 Semi Final win over the Queen’s Gaels and punted eight times for a total of 226 with a long of 38.

AWARDS: Week 2 Gryphon Special Teams Player of the Week

 

2011: Suited up in eight games for the Gryphons… made 10 of 14 field goal attempts, with his longest being for 59 yards… registered 31 total kickoffs for 1491 yards… punted 79 times for 2535 yards, averaging 32.09 yards with his longest totaling 59 yards…led the Gryphons in scoring with 51 total points

 

Personal: Played high school football for the St. Marcellinus Spirit… Played summer football for the Mississauga Warriors… Favourite book is “The Da Vinci Code”… Favourite movie is Scarface… Favourite song is Hard in the Paint by Waka Flocka… Favourite quote is “You will miss 100% of the shots you don’t take”… Greatest football memory is being back to back ROPSSAA Champions
