Kristina Strojin of St. Catharine's, Ont. scored in the 58th minute on a composed finish just inside the Brock 18 yard box to give the Gryphons a two-goal lead. In the second half the Gryphons outshot Brock 7-3 thanks in part to the stalwart play of the Guelph back four led by Stephanie Moore of Mississauga, Ont. and Alexandra Lundhild of Mississauga, Ont.
