Gryphon Men's Athlete of the Week
Robbie Murphy, a third-year forward from Ottawa with the men’s soccer team scored four goals in two Gryphon victories this past week to help Guelph move into third place in the OUA West.  The Accounting student scored two against UOIT, his second of which was a spectacular thunderbolt from 30 yards, this goal tied him with Anthony Zanaini for the Gryphon all-time scoring record with 23 goals.  His two goals against Laurier on Sunday smashed the Gryphon record and now puts him in first place in the all-time scoring list with 25 goals including 10 this season.
