Fifth year Devon Keys (Newmarket, Ont.) is the Gryphon female athlete of the week after leading the women’s rugby team to a 24-14 win over the Western Mustangs on Saturday. The fifth year 8TH man was an attacking force for Gryphons on Saturday in their 2013 home opener. She scored 10 of the team’s 24 points and provided the first try that changed the momentum of the game. Her speed off the back of the scrum was no match for Western’s back row and.
