SPINNING
A results driven workout consisting of aerobic and anaerobic training.  An instructor who will coach you through an intensive workout will lead these classes. We have Schwinn bikes designed for a tough off road-ride.  Register for a specific class and you are guaranteed a bike.  Class lists will be used for attendance checks, you may attend other classes if bikes are available.  Class size:  Min. 5, Max. 16.  Includes 11 weeks of classes (less holidays).

SPIN/SKIP FUSION
Enjoy this class which offers anaerobic and aerobic training by blending spinning with skipping.  You will also experience good strength training both in the concentric phase and the eccentric phase.  A workout you will get results from!  Class size:  Min. 6, Max. 16.  Includes 11 classes.
