PILATES
Pilates combines stretching and strengthening of muscles and addresses the body as an integrated system to enhance functional stability and movement throughout the body. The focus is on training the mind and body to work together with an emphasis on core strength of the 'power house' muscles. Pilates helps build strong lean muscles from the inside out and is beneficial to virtually everyone. Advanced classes are also offered and incorporate more complex movements. PILATES ON THE BALL
This new class uses an exercise ball to add resistance, challenge, and variety to the Pilates mat work routine. This is a great work out for those with Pilates experience and who want an additional challenge. Class size: Min. 15, Max. 30. Includes 10 classes.

ASHTANGA VIBE FLOW
Enliven every cell in your body in this popular yoga class set to music. Enjoy physical yoga sequences that build unparalleled strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance. YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Grounded in the Classical Yoga tradition, this course will focus on breathing & simple yoga postures. Yoga postures promote balance, increased strength, flexibility & endurance. YOGA FOR EXAM SURVIVAL
Take some time to focus, as well as relax during the stressful exam period. This 3-class special session will help participants focus on yoga poses, breathing and relaxation exercises to help calm the body and mind. HATHA YOGA
Exercise your entire body through a series of forward bends, backward bends and twists. This class will provide exercises for all body parts, while you focus on proper alignment and form. Yoga for healthy living will focus on techniques to alleviate the challenges that we may face due to our busy lifestyles. Many ailments can be caused and aggravated by stress. This enjoyable course will focus on the prevention and treatment of common conditions such as: headaches and migraines, colds, body aches and pains, carpal tunnel, constipation, asthma, and insomnia. NOON HOUR RESTORATIVE YOGA
Balance your Body and Mind - take a break from your busy day to experience how conscious breathing opens the body and calms the mind, increasing strength, flexibility, vitality, and awareness. This class will focus on connecting with the breath to consciously release tension in the muscles and joints, caused by sitting at a desk for extended periods, reading, or working on a computer. Supported postures and a flowing series of joint-freeing poses will be used to open the body and quiet the mind. This is a gentle restorative class, and all levels are welcome (no prior yoga experience required). Class size: Min. 15, Max. 30. Includes 10 classes.

PARTNER YOGA
Partner Yoga is an interactive yoga practice in which the Asanas (postures) are performed, perhaps with adaptations, together by two people. Partners may differ in size, shape, strength, flexibility, and experience. Partner Yoga is fun and offers a different twist to the traditional class. Partner Yoga emphasizes deepening the yoga practice while using another person as a prop. It results in a significant increase in flexibility, as well as exploring the balance, centeredness, and healing qualities of yoga practice. Please note that you must register with a partner. YOGA FOR RUNNERS
Yoga for Runners is for runners of all levels. Increase your flexibility and learn to incorporate yoga into your daily life to improve sitting, standing, and running postural alignment. Postures will focus on stretching and opening the lower back, hamstrings, hips, knees, and feet. Learn to relax and re-focus through breathing exercises.
